Pinot in a can? Yep, and I’ve had much worse. And yes, we do suffer from major first – world – problems… We started the evening with a very nice 93 point Russian River Pinot from our great friends at Screen Door Cellars, 2012 Pinot Noir. We picked up this can at the Petra wine bar in the Northstar at Tahoe location just because we thought a can of wine would be interesting… to say the least. All in all, it is definitely wine, has the traits required for Pinot, and is priced appropriately. In case of a Pinot emergency, break the top and consume.
